Snack Nanako Grand Opening & Thank You

Yesterday, on the occasion of Snack Nanako’s grand opening and my birthday, I received so many congratulatory messages, gifts, and treats—thank you all so much.

Thanks to everyone's support, the snack bar successfully opened on its first day. It was so crowded with customers—far more than you'd expect from a snack bar—that even the adjacent space, where we had hastily set up high tables, was constantly packed with people.

Thank you very much to everyone who managed to find their way here, even though we had barely announced the location.

And what made me happiest of all was that so many “Chii-Mama” and “Chii-Papa” appeared spontaneously.

The person who slices the prosciutto, the person who pours the drinks, and the person who brings people together.

Thanks to everyone creating their own unique atmosphere, I was able to bring my ideal of being a “snack bar hostess who doesn’t have to do anything” to life right from the very first day (*^^*)

To everyone who visited our store and to everyone who sent us such warm messages, thank you so much.

It was past midnight, and as the date was about to change, the number of guests finally dropped to around 20, and a “typical snack bar atmosphere” began to settle in, so,

    After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, he served as a visiting researcher at the MIT Media Lab before founding the NPO CANVAS and the Learning of Tomorrow Association, a General Incorporated Association, and assuming the role of representative. He serves as an outside director for Matsuya Co., Ltd., Fuji Media Holdings, Inc., and Digital Garage, Inc.
    He has served on various government committees, including the Information and Communications Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as well as the NHK Central Broadcasting Program Council. He also serves as a director of the Digital Signage Consortium, among other roles. He holds a Ph.D. in Policy and Media.
    His publications include *Turning On Children’s Creativity!*, *What Are Smart Kids Doing on Their Smartphones?*, *The Forefront of Online Education in Japan: Considering Learning in the Post-COVID Era*,“What Is Programming Education? 45 Questions Parents Want to Know,” and “Declaration on Digital Education.” He has also provided supervision for numerous works, including “Ah, I See! Programming Education for Parents and Children Through Manga.”
