5 Centimeters Per Second

5 centimeters per second.

Well, letting the scenery express those indescribable emotions,

A live-action adaptation of a work that stirs the heart with its unique sense of time?

Despite that surprise,

I was drawn in by Director Makoto Shinkai’s comments and went to see the live-action film, and

After that, I’ll watch the original anime again.

Before I knew it, twice in one day,

I found myself in a state of lingering unease.

Even though I'm moving forward, it feels like I'm stuck somewhere, and,

Even as it drifts away, it lingers without fading away.

It was a day when I found myself embracing the very flow of time itself.
