Discussions were held regarding matters for consideration (issues to be addressed by the Third Expert Panel on the Utilization of Educational Data) in preparation for the revision of the Roadmap for the Utilization of Educational Data (based on the August 2, Reiwa 6 meeting of the Expert Panel on the Utilization of Educational Data), taking into account feedback from relevant stakeholders.

(Discussion Points)

・Corrective action is required regarding the Learning e-Portal in terms of connectivity, compatibility, and functional separation.

・It is effective to publish APIs that do not go through the e-Learning Portal to foster the API economy. It is necessary to design these APIs so that users can gather the optimal information to support personalized learning.

・Standardizing the format of school administrative data is also important.

・We should discuss the system as a whole and the system as a set of elements simultaneously.

・When developing digital infrastructure, efforts should be made to facilitate public-private partnerships in order to ensure interoperability.
