- [Announcement] “Developing the Information Literacy Skills Needed to Utilize Generative AI”
For the online symposium on Wednesday, July 24, we will be welcoming Kazunori Sato, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, Shinshu University.
He has served in various roles, including as a School DX Strategy Advisor and committee member for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), and he is responsible for delivering the overall evaluation at the results presentation session for the generative AI pilot schools participating in the Leading DX Schools Initiative.
As AI technology continues to advance, it is essential to develop information literacy skills in order to effectively utilize generative AI. How can we foster information literacy—one of the core competencies that form the foundation of learning?
At this symposium, Dr. Sato, a researcher in information education and media literacy education, will speak about the information literacy skills necessary for utilizing generative AI. We hope you will join us.
