The First GREENWORKSHOP of the 2024 Fiscal Year!
First up is sowing the seeds 🌱 I’m sowing kochia seeds in the planter
.
They’re
sooo tiny, so I have to be careful not to drop them… I also sowed cotton seeds in
the main garden. I’ll be growing this cotton over the next year—I can’t wait to see how it grows!
After planting the seeds, we went on a quiz rally around the garden. We explored Ark’s garden while tackling
all kinds of quizzes about
plants, animals, and the garden itself!
The next GREENWORKSHOP will be held on Saturday, May 25: “Let’s Set Off on a Creature Exploration Expedition!—Let’s Find the Creatures Living in Ark’s Garden!” We hope you’ll join us! 🐝 *We’ll be welcoming professional naturalist Hiroshi Sasaki as our special guest
.
