“Digital Ehon Award 2024” Announced and Submission Period Now Open!

International Digital Ehon Fair Executive Committee will begin accepting submissions for the “Digital Ehon Award 2024” on Thursday, April 25, 2024.Established in 2012 with the aim of pioneering and advancing “Digital Ehon”—a form of digital expression that fosters new ways for children to play and learn—the “Digital Ehon Award” attracts participants from 34 countries around the world.
Furthermore, for this 10th edition, we are collaborating with “B Lab”—a lab that works with all kinds of individuals, organizations, and communities to collectively create an exciting future—to widely solicit a diverse range of innovative Digital Ehon books. The judging criteria are “Fun!”, “Never seen before!”, and “Expands your world!”.The submission deadline is Thursday, July 25, 2024. Please check the official website for entry details.

*What is “Digital Ehon”? It is a general term for digital content aimed at children, encompassing all types of digital devices such as
computers, tablets, smartphones, e-readers, digital signage, interactive whiteboards, and televisions.
In addition, we are broadly accepting submissions of works that encourage new forms of expression and play among children, including those that utilize new technologies such as AI, AR/VR, blockchain, the metaverse, and robotics.
