On Sunday, April 7, we held the “Kids-Only Museum”! Here’s a little peek at how it went 😉

At the museum in April, many participants were attending a workshop exclusively for children for the first time. I bet the parents were even more nervous than the kids who were participating for the
first time, weren’t they?
■A workshop at a new place—my first time being away from my family.
Once you check in at the entrance, that’s where the “Kids-Only Museum” begins.
If it's difficult to get to the back of the venue,
I set up a small desk in a spot that looked cozy.
At the museum just for kids, you’re free to spend your time however you like.
Adults gently support children so they can naturally move in the direction they want to explore.
Parents, please take the time to ask your children about what happened while you were apart.
Held once a month, the “Kids-Only Museum” is open to one-time participants. The next event is on May 5, 2024 🎵

Chairperson, CANVASAfter graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, he served as a visiting researcher at the MIT Media Lab before founding the NPO CANVAS and the Learning of Tomorrow Association, a General Incorporated Association, and assuming the role of representative. He serves as an outside director for Matsuya Co., Ltd., Fuji Media Holdings, Inc., and Digital Garage, Inc.
He has served on various government committees, including the Information and Communications Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as well as the NHK Central Broadcasting Program Council. He also serves as a director of the Digital Signage Consortium, among other roles. He holds a Ph.D. in Policy and Media.
His publications include *Turning On Children’s Creativity!*, *What Are Smart Kids Doing on Their Smartphones?*, *The Forefront of Online Education in Japan: Considering Learning in the Post-COVID Era*,“What Is Programming Education? 45 Questions Parents Want to Know,” and “Declaration on Digital Education.” He has also provided supervision for numerous works, including “Ah, I See! Programming Education for Parents and Children Through Manga.”
