“Bayside Shakedown”

Following last week's *Bayside Shakedown: The Movie*, I'm watching *Bayside Shakedown: The Movie 2* this week.

"We can't close the Rainbow Bridge!"

"Bayside Shakedown" is one of Fuji TV's flagship IPs.

From TV dramas to movies and on to new releases, this is a rare piece of content that continues to be loved across generations.

Centralized, siloed organizations vs. autonomous, decentralized organizations where frontline teams are connected.

Taking it a step further from “Incidents don’t happen in conference rooms—they happen on the front lines!”

IPs that are loved for a long time have an "essence" that resonates with people's hearts, even as times change.

As we do so, we are once again reminded of the value of nurturing these IPs and passing them on to the next generation.

I'm also looking forward to the new movie *N.E.W.*, which is set to be released in September.
