[Report] Sunday, October 1: “A Museum Just for Kids”

October 1 is “Tokyo Citizens’ Day,
” and the parks near the station closest to the “Children’s Museum” were open to the public for
free, making the streets bustling with activity. We’re
finally free from the sweltering heat, and it’s become a season when playing outside is fun.

Nature has inspired many inventions and works of art.
This building in Takeshiba is also adorned with plenty of flowers and plants.
Be sure to stop by on your way there or back.

■It all started with a small discovery… A child found a slightly prickly pom-pom
.
“Sea urchin!”
Sea urchin ramen, sea urchin pasta—a feast is laid out.
Next door, a ramen shop has opened. Inspired by a
single ingredient, the children’s imaginations run wild.
