The final installment of this three-part series is all about motors!

Before using the motor, let's build a circuit and make the LED light up.

We also used a new component called a “tact switch”!

Press the switch (what happens?), and measure the electrical values both when it's pressed (ON) and when it's released (OFF).

Let's use the motor, too!

All you need is a breadboard, a motor, and an LED (and no batteries…?)

I spun the motor (to generate electricity) and made the LED light up. 💡

I wonder how much electricity we generated??

I also built a circuit that combines a tact switch and a motor.

When I pressed the switch, the motor… moved!!

Finally, it’s time to freely create by combining circuits and materials.

We've tried building cars that take advantage of their ability to turn, and we've made boxes that fit the circuits perfectly.

Some of the kids were experimenting to see which materials they could combine to create a pleasant breeze.

The "Measure and Create" three-part series concluded with the "Motors" installment.

Thank you for participating!

I’d be happy if this brought you all just a little closer to the world of electricity. 😊
