KINIX World Championship

While the world is buzzing with excitement over the World Cup, the buzz in our community today was all about the KINIX World Championship—a physical e-sports event where players compete in cyberspace by pedaling bicycles. Blab is also a partner in this event.

Four countries—Japan, Germany, Vietnam, and South Africa—participated in this inaugural tournament. The event was streamed live, and in Japan, Takeshiba served as the venue for a public viewing event.

First place went to a German Olympian; unfortunately, Japan came in second.

B Lab plans to promote numerous projects combining sports and technology in the future.

By the way, you can try KINIX in Takeshiba! It’s super tiring, though…

Dr. Ando, thanks for all your hard work!
