- [Deadline: November 3] The 7th National Programming Competition for Elementary and Junior High School Students & The 1st National Programming Competition for High School Students
The deadline for the “7th National Elementary and Junior High School Programming Contest”—a programming contest for elementary and junior high school students—and the “1st National High School Programming Contest” for high school students (those aged 18 or younger as of April 1, 2022), which is being held concurrently for the first time this season, is fast approaching on November 3!
Both competitions are accepting submissions of software—such as programs, apps, games, and videos—that run on PCs, smartphones, and tablets, as well as hardware such as robots and electronic projects. As long as the work is your own original creation, there are no restrictions on the programming language used or the format of the entry.
A key feature of this competition is that it evaluates participants not only on their programming skills but also on their “creativity,” “expressive ability,” and “technical proficiency.” Additionally, there is no specific theme, so participants may submit programs they have created in the past. We look forward to receiving entries and participation from elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as students at technical colleges!
So, we’re hosting a panel discussion featuring past award winners. I’ll be on the panel, too.
