Kai Gold Mine

On to the Kai Gold Mine, which supported the Takeda clan—the most powerful force of the Warring States period.

The photo shows Koshu Gold.

I tried my hand at panning for gold here as well, but,

It’s amazing how much the yield differs just by rotating the pan—the gap between me and an expert is huge!

I hear they even hold Koshien tournaments and world championships for panning for gold. I hear schools like Kaisei and Nada are really strong.

There are so many different worlds out there, aren't there?
