- “The Future of Children’s Books: Poplar Publishing’s Challenge to Expand the Reading Experience,” to be held on March 23
Tomorrow's Learning of Tomorrow Online Symposium is titled "The Future of Children's Books: Poplar Publishing's Challenge to Expand the Reading Experience."
I asked Mr. Kato to tell us about “Yomokka!,” an all-you-can-read e-book service for elementary and middle schools.
As children’s reading environments and learning experiences undergo significant changes, how should we envision the future of children’s books?Last April, we launched a new children’s learning initiative called “Kodomotto Lab,” marking our full-scale entry into the educational ICT sector, which embodies Poplar Publishing’s philosophy of learning. Additionally, to commemorate the 35th anniversary of “Kaiketsu Zorori,” Poplar Publishing is currently planning and developing a new reading experience service.
We’ll hear about Poplar Publishing’s “serious yet playful” challenge to create a richer reading environment by leveraging the strengths of both print and digital formats, as well as the future of children’s books. We hope you’ll join us.
