- [Announcement] “The Future of Children’s Books: Poplar Publishing’s Challenge to Expand the Reading Experience”
For the online symposium on Wednesday, March 23, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Yuki Kato from Poplar Publishing, who will speak on the topic “The Future of Children’s Books: Poplar Publishing’s Challenge to Expand the Reading Experience.”
As children’s reading environments and learning experiences undergo significant changes, how should we envision the future of children’s books?Last April, we launched a new children’s learning initiative, “Kodomotto Lab,” marking our full-scale entry into the educational ICT field, which embodies Poplar Publishing’s philosophy of learning. Additionally, to commemorate the 35th anniversary of “Kaiketsu Zorori,” Poplar Publishing is currently planning and developing a new reading experience service.
We’ll hear about Poplar Publishing’s “serious yet playful” challenge to create a richer reading environment by leveraging the unique strengths of both print and digital formats, as well as the future of children’s books. We hope you’ll join us.
