Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Natural History and History

Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Natural History and History @ the former Nippon Steel Yawata Works site. This museum is based on the concept of the “Journey of Life,” tracing the history from the birth of the Earth to the present day. While the impressive dinosaur skeletons are certainly a draw, my main interest is, of course, the minerals.
