- Appearance at the Sesame Street Press Conference
Sesame Street is coming to U-NEXT. At the press conference announcing this, I had a conversation with Mr. Nagaoka, the representative of Sesame Workshop Japan (*^^*)
During an interview, I was asked, “What is the appeal of Sesame Street?”
Hmm… There are so many that it's hard to choose, but,
I suppose it’s a clear vision, a deep love for children, high-quality content based on solid research, and—above all—characters so adorable you just want to give them a hug.
They care about the future of children around the world. That's Sesame Street!
Sesame Street, which watches over every step of children’s growth, provides the learning they need right now—or even a little further down the road!
The philosophy that “everyone is different, and everyone is wonderful”—as expressed by the characters themselves—brings smiles and courage to all children!
I also got to see Cookie Monster again (*^^*)
The last time we met was at a press conference announcing the launch of a financial education program, where I was joined by Professor Hiroshi Suzuki, Akiyuki Nagase, Chairman of Toshin High School, and Taichi Matsumoto, Chairman of Monex Securities.
It's been four years since then. He was still devouring cookies with his usual gusto.
I look forward to seeing Sesame Street continue to thrive.
