Yamanashi Gem Museum

I visited the Gem Museum in Yamanashi Prefecture, which is known for its quartz deposits. Apparently, about one-third of all jewelry produced in Japan is made in Yamanashi.

Since the rough stones, cut stones, and jewelry pieces are displayed as a three-piece set, the mysterious beauty of the minerals stands out even more.

This raw crystal, measuring 180 cm and weighing 1,270 kg, has an incredible presence.

It was a museum modeled after a Western-style mansion with a very upscale feel ^^
