[Report] “A Museum Just for Kids”

#Kids Researcher's Log: On Sunday, July
11, we held the "Kids-Only Museum" event.
Here's a quick look at how it went!

A huge, huge aluminum ball—I just kept hammering away at the rolled-up aluminum foil with a hammer. Even with the hammer I made
myself, I kept hammering away.
The aluminum foil was completely flattened, and I ended up with a massive, heavy aluminum ball!

Whoosh, rocket! A boy built a rocket.
When he looked at the materials section, he spotted some interesting metal and plastic pieces. He had a hunch they might go together…?! It was a wonderful idea—when he set the
rocket on top, it turned into a magnificent launch pad.

The next “Kids-Only Museum” event is on Sunday, August 1. #Now Recruiting #KidsResearchers

I can't wait to see what kinds of encounters and ideas the kids come up with!

*“The Children’s Museum” is held once a month as a one-time workshop.
