Kumamoto City Board of Education YouTube Channel Launches

The Kumamoto City Board of Education has launched its YouTube channel, and it appears that Board of Education meetings will be livestreamed. Superintendent Endo provided this information. Since opportunities to watch Board of Education meetings are rare, this seems like it could serve as a useful reference for other municipalities.
