1st Learning of Tomorrow Online Symposium

In the first half, we heard from Rie Hirakawa, Superintendent of Education for Hiroshima Prefecture, who created an online classroom environment using three essential tools: “devices such as computers and tablets,” “communication infrastructure such as Wi-Fi,” and “personal cloud accounts.” In the second half, Mr. Takaya, Section Chief at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, joined us online for a discussion in which he answered questions from the audience.
Thank you for the enriching lunch session.

Although this symposium was planned on short notice just one week ago, we were thrilled to reach full capacity—300 attendees—with 285 people participating. I’m glad we didn’t overbook… (I was actually hesitant because I couldn’t predict the actual participation rate for an online symposium!)
Thank you to everyone who joined us!
Professor Hirakawa, thank you so much (*^^*)
