- Platinum Roundtable 100th Meeting Commemorative Party
The 100th Anniversary Party for the Platinum Roundtable, led by Professor Hiroshi Komiyama.
Tokyo Governor Koike spoke about the 3Cs (children, longevity, and community) that the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is prioritizing leading up to 2030.
I was also asked to give a few remarks, and since many local government leaders from across the country were in attendance,
I mentioned the GIGA School initiative. I was also able to discuss the “Platinum × Learning of Tomorrow” initiative, making it a very rewarding experience (*^^*)
Hirosaki University, which is promoting a COI program to realize a society of healthy longevity through health big data, was conducting a “simple health checkup,
” so I decided to give it a try. The results indicated that I consume too much sugar, tend to overwork, and have no
stress.
Since I’m consuming large amounts of sugar, it’s no wonder I have no stress—I guess that’s just how it is.
