[Press Release] Announcement of a Symposium Commemorating the Enactment of the Act on the Promotion of Information Technology in Education

In June 2019, the “Act on the Promotion of Information Technology in School Education” was promulgated and enacted.
It was drafted by the “Parliamentary League for the Promotion of ICT Utilization in Education,” a bipartisan group of lawmakers from both the ruling and opposition parties.
Representatives from the Learning of Tomorrow Association also participated in the drafting of the bill.
The Learning of Tomorrow Association, a general incorporated association, will host a symposium to commemorate the enactment of this law.

We will hold a roundtable discussion involving members of the Bipartisan Parliamentary League on ICT in Education, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology; the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications; and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In
the second half of the event, which will also serve as a networking reception, representatives from the private sector will join us to present on future developments. We look forward to
your participation.
