NHK’s “Let’s Become a Family”

"Let's Become a Family" is currently airing. I wonder if this is the second season.
When it aired last time, it was featured on the NHK Central Programming Review Committee (*^^*)

It’s a show that matches shelter animals with adoptive families on-air while integrating the program with online platforms.
A similar program introducing shelter animals has been airing weekly in Germany for 25 years, and apparently, 80% of the animals featured on that show have found homes. Furthermore, it’s said that within Germany, there’s been a shift in public consciousness—where people previously tended to prefer purebred dogs, they’re now more inclined to adopt dogs with tragic backstories.
By identifying social issues, linking the TV show with the internet, and even leading to solutions, I found this to be a groundbreaking program that actually takes action.
Since successful matches are reportedly being made through this show, I felt it could potentially be applied to other social issues as well.

He also serves as a director of the Digital Signage Consortium, among other roles. He holds a Ph.D. in Policy and Media.
    His publications include *Turning On Children’s Creativity!*, *What Are Smart Kids Doing on Their Smartphones?*, *The Forefront of Online Education in Japan: Considering Learning in the Post-COVID Era*,“What Is Programming Education? 45 Questions Parents Want to Know,” and “Declaration on Digital Education.” He has also provided supervision for numerous works, including “Ah, I See! Programming Education for Parents and Children Through Manga.”
