We’re Now Accepting Applications for the 2nd School Theater Session!

We are now accepting applications for the second session of School Theater.
For the first session held on February 4, we welcomed Professor Masahiko Sato of the Tokyo University of the Arts—who has produced numerous educational programs such as “Pythagoras Switch” and “The Thinking Crow”—as our guest lecturer. While viewing examples of his past educational video works, he spoke about the concepts and theories underlying their expression, interspersed with detailed explanations.
For the second session (February 24), we will welcome Professor Katsumi Yanagishima, who has served as cinematographer on many of director Takeshi Kitano’s films.
How are movies actually made on a professional set?
The lecture will include hands-on experience with professional cameras and lighting equipment.
