[We Participated in the 8th Programming Day in Nasu Town on Saturday, February 3!]

Programming Day in Nasu Town is a collaborative effort involving Mr. Hoshino, the residents of Nasu Town, the Board of Education, and CANVAS. This initiative began in 2016, and this event marked its 8th iteration.

Amid a variety of activities—including hands-on exhibits, a presentation festival, and a drone workshop—we set up a booth to showcase the content we’ve developed for Programming Days 1 through 7.

As visitors experienced our exhibits, we saw children who had never met before exchanging ideas, knowledgeable kids teaching adults, and even one elementary school student so passionate about elevators that he showed us an original video he’d created. With so many people in attendance—from children to educators and parents—we were able to truly feel firsthand the results of our ongoing efforts and the excitement building in Nasu Town.

It seems that Nasu Town will continue to support programming-related initiatives as a town-wide effort. We look forward to their future activities!
