- [Speaker] I will be speaking at the symposium for the “Programming Experience Caravan,” a pre-event for the 2nd National Elementary and Junior High School Programming Competition.
In a future society where individual creativity will be increasingly valued, what should children learn and master now to thrive in the future?
With the internet and advanced digital devices becoming commonplace, “new ways of learning” and “computational thinking” that leverage these technologies are gaining attention. That is why we launched the “National Programming Contest for Elementary and Middle School Students,” where children can express their ideas through programming. As we approach the
second annual competition, we will host a symposium to explore the meaning of “new learning” with parents and educators, as well as workshops where children can experience popular programming activities. We hope you will join us.
