"Computer Science for ALL," a platform for programming education, is now live!
Driven by the desire to “provide programming education to all children,” CANVAS has not only organized workshops but has also been actively engaged in support activities aimed at promoting programming education since 2012.
This website leverages the nationwide network of practitioners and the accumulated know-how developed through these activities to showcase the practices and initiatives of teachers, workshop organizers, companies, and education-related organizations across Japan.
In addition, we have published interview articles featuring more than 20 domestic and international experts and specialists—including Ms. Sanae Takaichi (Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications), Mr. Ken Sakamura (Professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, University of Tokyo), and Mr. Jun Murai (Dean and Professor of the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, Keio University)—who have joined us as advisors. Please take a look!
