Workshop Collection to Be Held in Sendai as Well

The Workshop Collection is coming to Sendai! ♪

Starting this year, the Workshop Collection has expanded beyond the Kanto region.
In August, events were held in Fukuoka and Niigata.
Even though it was Fukuoka’s first time hosting the event, it drew 18,000 visitors over two days!

The third event will take place in Sendai this November.
Set in Sendai Trust City, the event will collaborate with local businesses and shops, as well as the “Westin Hotel Sendai,” to offer hands-on experiential programs for children that are unique to the area and combine learning with fun.

Furthermore, in response to the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred in April,
and in response to the growing sentiment in Sendai that “it’s our turn to support,”
we will collect donations through this event to convey the support of the Tohoku region to the victims.
We hope to serve as a bridge connecting the sentiments of the people of Tohoku with the areas affected by the Kumamoto earthquake.
