“The World Expands Through Digital Ehon” Exhibition

We held a workshop at the “Worlds Expand Through Digital Ehon” exhibition!
On Sunday, February 21, as part of the “Worlds Expand Through Digital Ehon” exhibition currently being held at the Children’s Science Center HachiLab (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo), we conducted a workshop where participants used programming—the mechanism behind “Digital Ehon”—to create interactive stories!
The children explored “Digital Ehon” from around the world. Based on their observations of how they differ from paper picture books—such as “the screen changes when you tap” or “sounds play”—and the unique features of digital media, they used their creativity to craft their very own interactive stories.
