We’ve added more content to the “Kids-Only Museum”!

[We've added more resources for the "Kids-Only Museum"!]

The "Kids-Only Museum" is a time when children can freely use the various materials and tools available at the venue to create their own works.
There are currently over 40 different types of materials at the museum!
They range from everyday items to some rather unusual ones.
These materials have been provided through the generous cooperation of many people.

This time, I visited the paper workshop Dojido in Sumida Ward (http://douchidou.com/ ).
At Dojido, they offer a “Paper Buffet” where you can create your very own notebook! The cover was made from something
very familiar. There were lots of
beautiful notebooks on display.

The materials provided by the museum are also made of paper, but we received lots of paper in some really interesting shapes!
We’ll be bringing these from the “Kids-Only Museum Daikanyama” event this weekend! Stay tuned!

The next "Kids-Only Museum" events will be held in Daikanyama on Saturday, November 14, and in Nishi-Azabu on Sunday, December 6.
We hold these events twice a month so that kids can come whenever they feel like creating.

    After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, he served as a visiting researcher at the MIT Media Lab before founding the NPO CANVAS and the Learning of Tomorrow Association, a General Incorporated Association, and assuming the role of representative. He serves as an outside director for Matsuya Co., Ltd., Fuji Media Holdings, Inc., and Digital Garage, Inc.
    He has served on various government committees, including the Information and Communications Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as well as the NHK Central Broadcasting Program Council. He also serves as a director of the Digital Signage Consortium, among other roles. He holds a Ph.D. in Policy and Media.
    His publications include *Turning On Children’s Creativity!*, *What Are Smart Kids Doing on Their Smartphones?*, *The Forefront of Online Education in Japan: Considering Learning in the Post-COVID Era*,“What Is Programming Education? 45 Questions Parents Want to Know,” and “Declaration on Digital Education.” He has also provided supervision for numerous works, including “Ah, I See! Programming Education for Parents and Children Through Manga.”
