Scratch Day in Tokyo

This Saturday, May 9, is the annual Scratch festival, “Scratch Day in Tokyo”!
This year’s event will once again be held at the University of Tokyo’s Hongo Campus.
In addition to the annual favorites—such as roundtable discussions and panel talks featuring practitioners in programming education, as well as programming battles—we’ve added plenty of new features this year, including a “Workshop for All Participants” and a “Scratch Account Setup Support Corner.”There are also theater events and numerous hands-on activity areas that require no
advance reservation, making this a full-day event that everyone—from children to adults—can enjoy.

And this year, thanks to the cooperation of everyone at Dwango Co., Ltd., we’ve decided to host a Niconico Live stream!
We hope those of you who can’t make it in person will tune in.
(If you register for a free membership in advance, you’ll be able to watch the recording after the event.)
