[Report] Making Robot MEG

Reprinted from the PEG page, a programming education project promoted by CANVAS.

*********************************************

A collaborative workshop titled “Making Robot MEG” was held between PEG partner Kawai Juku Dalton School and Fablab Kannai.
You can see how seriously the participants are engrossed in each task—from soldering to programming!

"Making Robot 'MEG'" is a robot equipped with a Raspberry Pi and an Arduino, based on the "Magbot" social robot developed by the Koike Laboratory at Tokyo City University and scaled down in size. It is capable of speaking both Japanese and English.

I’m looking forward to seeing this MagBot-based robot workshop—which anyone, from kids to adults, can participate in—gain even more popularity!
