[Media] Talk Event with Koji Ishikawa @amu

Today, I attended a talk event with picture book author Koji Ishikawa at @amu. Mr.
Ishikawa’s signature work is the “Various Animals Hide-and-Seek” cut-out picture book series,
which has sold a cumulative total of 1.75 million copies to date. While
I’m
currently collaborating with him on Digital Ehon, today he spoke at length about his journey to becoming a picture book author and the meticulous attention to detail he brings to his work.
It was incredibly inspiring to get a glimpse into his exploration of expression through picture books. Thank you so much, Mr.
Ishikawa! ♪

This morning’s edition of the Mainichi Shimbun featured a major article about our Digital Ehon workshop. The photo of
Kiri-san leading the workshop is beautiful.
I heard it was also covered as a featured news story on TV? We’ve received reports about that at the office, but we don’t know exactly where it was broadcast…
