[Report] Programming Lab in Akasaka

[August 9 (Sat) Programming Lab in Akasaka]
On Saturday, August 9, we held the Programming Lab in Akasaka!
We welcomed a new participant this time, and we saw plenty of kids teaching each other. Some kids took on the challenge of learning “Python,” a different programming language, to control
Minecraft more efficiently; others who had previously controlled a single motor moved on to controlling two motors; and some worked hard toward their goals at Akasaka by discussing the questions that arose while working on projects at home with the adults there.
Even while feeling frustrated with the challenges of building complex projects—exclaiming things like “I can’t do it!” or “What’s going on here?”—the Akasaka kids are experiencing the rewards firsthand and will continue to take on new challenges through programming!
