Today, we’re holding a training session for instructors together with members of the Koriyama New Media Community! We have participants from a wide range of backgrounds, including
programmers, engineers, and educators.

In addition, we’re planning to hold a parent-child workshop this afternoon. Right after the training session, you’ll get to put your facilitation skills into practice!
This afternoon’s workshop is for parents and children! We’ll cover assembling a Raspberry Pi and an introduction to creating games using Scratch. Since participants can take their projects home
today, we’ll go through the entire process—from assembly onward—thoroughly.

The workshop participants also joined in as facilitators!
All the kids successfully got their programs running and then took on the challenge of creating a Scratch game called “Run Away from the Cat!”
