My First Surgery Under General Anesthesia

Yesterday, I had my first-ever surgery under general anesthesia.
Oh, it wasn’t a serious illness—I developed what they call a “subcutaneous mass,” I think? It was 15 centimeters, which was way too big, so I ended up needing general anesthesia.
Anyway… I’m doing fine! ☆ The person in the bed
next to me looked like a completely different person before and after their surgery. Apparently, they had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor, found no signs of metastasis, and will be discharged safely. I’m so glad.It really made me realize once again that facial
expressions do come from within… Health is so important!
I’m still in the hospital, but I’m hoping to be discharged as soon as possible. It seems I’ll be able to go home early next week as long as I keep the drain in, which I’m really grateful for.

Well, well—as proof that I’m doing great, I’ll be speaking at the symposiums listed below next week and the week after.
On the 29th, I’ll also
be on “Tokudane!” ♪ Have a great weekend!!!
