[June 17 Event] “The Future of Society and Education in the Age of AI — Insights from a Conversation with AI Yoshimi-kun”

Tomorrow's Learning of Tomorrow Online Symposium is titled "The Future of Education in an AI-Driven Society: Insights from a Conversation with AI Yoshimi-kun."

Over the past half-century, Professor Toshiya Yoshimi has authored 40 books on his own and co-authored 60 others,600 academic papers, newspaper articles, and other works—has published a book titled *Dialogue with the Self: A Sociologist Battles His Own AI* (Shueisha Shinsho), in which he engages in critical dialogue with “AI Yoshimi-kun,” a generative AI trained on all of this material.

This book uses an experimental method involving dialogue to concretely elucidate the differences between AI intelligence and human intelligence.

Mr. Yoshimi believes that as the use of generative AI becomes more widespread, “AI dementia” is rapidly spreading among students in educational settings.

What is “AI Dementia”?

Drawing on his book *Dialogue with the Self*, he will explain how the education sector can address this serious AI risk.

We hope you'll join us.
