Before making the mobile, we'll plant some plants in the planters.
This time, we're planting violas and tulips.
After planting them in the planter, I watered them and took care of the violas as well.

I'm
really looking forward to seeing the tulips bloom.
We'll head over to the main garden to look for nuts and fallen leaves to add to the mobile.

Acorn caps and beautifully colored berries.
There’s also a heartwarming scene where he shares the fruit he found with the other kids.
Once we got back to the classroom, it was finally time to make our mobiles!
First, choose a branch. Pick your favorite from among branches that vary in thickness, length, and color.
After practicing tying knots, we'll attach ornaments and pinecones to the branches.
Where should I put what?
We'll put it together while keeping the design and balance in mind.

The ornaments used this year are a reimagined version of those that adorned the Christmas tree last year (2024).
Since 2020, Ark Hills has been promoting a sustainable Christmas under the theme of “Connection with the Forest.”
I'd
be happy to celebrate Christmas with all of you as a mobile.
The next GREENWORKSHOP will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026: “Let’s Learn About Traditional Japanese Festivals”
"Let's Make a Scarecrow to Protect the Flowers." Stay tuned
!
*If you're participating, we'd love it if you could bring some clothes to dress the scarecrow you'll be making!
