The Tomodachi Robot Project will also be hosting “Tomodachi Robot World” @ Chomorrow, an interactive event themed around “the near future” spent with robots.

You can enjoy a variety of experiences as a diverse array of robots—including aibo, Pepper, Romi, BOCCO emo, Big Clappy, RoBoHoN, and PALRO—come together in one place.

The event featured a diverse lineup of programs, including “THE★ROBOTS Dance Show!”—a performance showcasing popular robots from various manufacturers—as well as the chance to chat with the conversational AI robot Romi, a new communication experience with Pepper utilizing the latest generative AI, and “Robo Park,” a gathering place for robot owners.

The clapping robot "Big Clappy" will also make an appearance, livening up the venue with its clapping and chatter.

In addition, there are plenty of interactive activities that everyone from children to adults can enjoy, such as “Robot Photo Spots” where you can experience each company’s unique world, and the “Robot Stamp Rally,” where you collect stamps as you visit the photo spots.

On the first night, there will also be a “Tomodachi Robot Party” where robot owners can mingle with one another.
