World Digital Summit 2023 Reception

World Digital Summit 2023 Reception.

I’ll be speaking at the final session, but when I was asked to participate, I wasn’t told who the other speakers would be.

It just said, “I think everyone knows this person well, so we don’t need to have a meeting beforehand,” didn’t it?

So, Ichiya Nakamura introduced the speakers as follows: “Mr. Tanawaki, who joined the government at the same time as me; Mr. Natsuno, who coined the term ‘Tanawaki Recession’; Mr. Ishido, who served as a commentator alongside him on *Tokudane!*; Mr. Suzukan, who was the co-advisor for his doctoral dissertation; and me—the guy who appeared in his video and ended up being banned from TV!”

That's what I've heard (*^^*)

At the reception, I was able to greet the big boss, Mr. Kazukazu Sekiguchi; my mentor and doctoral thesis advisor, Professor Suzukan; Mr. Kawazoe, Executive Vice President of NTT, who is currently consulting with us on the Neurodiversity Project; and—after an incredibly long time—Ms. Izumi Aizu, Mr. Toru Maekawa, and Mr. Yuji Ichige. Although my stay lasted less than 10 minutes, I was thoroughly satisfied.
