Tokyo German Village

Tokyo German Village. It’s located in Chiba Prefecture, but it’s called Tokyo German Village.
I had planned to stop by the Hakusekikan when I visited the Nakatsugawa City Mineral Museum—one of Japan’s three major mineral production areas—but had to give it up due to heavy rain.
However, I heard they offered a “stone hunting” experience featuring stones shipped directly from the Hakusekikan, so I made a determined trip there with that as my sole purpose.
The massive grounds—equivalent to 19 Tokyo Domes—were packed with attractions that looked like fun, including a Ferris wheel, swan boats, a zoo, an adventure course, putt-putt golf, and grass sledding.
But I only did the stone-hunting!
