- Nakatsugawa City Mineral Museum
We visited the Nakatsugawa City Mineral Museum, located in the Naegi region, which is known as a major source of minerals such as quartz and topaz.
The building itself is designed to resemble the minerals found in pegmatite: quartz in the center, potassium feldspar on the left, and mica and plagioclase on the right.
The main part of the collection is the “Nagashima Mineral Collection.”
There are so many nostalgic books in the Nagashima Family Introduction Corner!
Oh, so you were studying chemistry using Professor Nagashima's textbook? (*^^*)
Thank you for everything.
