- [Announcement] November 26: TOKYO Smart City Forum—”The Future of Smart Cities as Seen from Takeshiba”
I’ll be speaking at the TOKYO Smart City Forum on Thursday, November 26!
I plan to attend the session titled “The Future of Smart Cities as Seen from Takeshiba” from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Below is a summary. Click here for details.

Tokyo Port City Takeshiba has opened. Developed by Tokyu Land Corporation and Kajima Corporation as a designated project under the National Strategic Special Zone Plan, one of its components—the “Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower”—is a state-of-the-art smart building.
At the forum, Mr. Okada, President and CEO of Tokyu Real Estate, and Mr. Nakamura, Chairman of the CiP Council—a general incorporated association promoting Takashiba’s urban development through the cultivation of “content × digital” industries—will each take the stage. During the panel discussion, key figures from “Tokyo Smart City Takashiba” will discuss the future of smart cities.
Set against the backdrop of “Tokyo Port City Takeshiba,” where you can experience cutting-edge digital transformation, let’s explore the future of smart cities together.
