2017 Digital New Year’s Party

Yesterday’s Digital New Year’s Party. We were honored to have 250 of you join us. Thank you so much. It was so much fun!
I spent a lot of time on the microphone, so I regret that I wasn’t able to greet everyone.
Here’s a photo of last year’s “Top 10 News Stories”—which is becoming a tradition—and a greeting from my mentor, Professor Yoichiro Kawaguchi.
I used to call this the “latest New Year’s party,” but I heard that Professor Mineyuki Fukuda is aiming to be the very first and will be holding his New Year’s party at the end of March.
So, my “latest New Year’s party” is now officially the “second-latest New Year’s party.” See you again next year!
