- Announcement of the DiTT Symposium Commemorating Its Incorporation
On Tuesday, February 14, we will hold a roundtable discussion to commemorate DiTT’s incorporation.
http://ditt.jp/news/?id=2247新局面を迎える教育情報化をどう進めるべきか.
How should we view DiTT’s strategy to expand its focus to areas such as school digitization, copyright management for educational content, programming education, information literacy education, and IoT/AI education?
This is an event where we’ll all come together for an open discussion.
Masahito Moriyama, Deputy Minister of Justice and LDP member of the House of Representatives, and Michihiro Ishibashi, a Democratic Party of Japan member of the House of Councillors, will also be speaking. Mr. Moriyama serves as chair of the working group drafting the Basic Bill on the Promotion of Educational Information Divisions—currently being formulated by the Parliamentary League on ICT in Education—while Mr. Ishibashi serves as the league’s secretary-general.This is a gathering where people from various sectors—
industry, academia, government, and politics—will discuss future prospects and expectations.
We hope you’ll join us!
We’re also planning a roundtable discussion in March on “Information Literacy Education × Educational IT” ♪ The
current list of scheduled speakers is as follows (listed in Japanese alphabetical order; honorifics omitted).
The following is from the DiTT website:
