[Report] Raspberry Pi Zero

Our supervision editor, Mr. Abe, was one of the first to get his hands on the much-talked-about “Raspberry Pi Zero,” and he showed it to us.
This is the new Raspberry Pi, just $5, recently announced by the Raspberry Pi Foundation. (On the right in the photo.)

The SD card slot, like on the A+ and B+, uses a microSD card and is located on the front rather than the back.
Power is supplied via a micro-USB cable, as before. In addition to the
power port, there is another micro-USB port; by connecting a smartphone OTG cable to this port, you can convert it to a standard USB port.
The HDMI port has also been changed to a mini-HDMI port. Since the GPIO is now through-hole only, you’ll need to solder a pin header to it or connect it using test clips.

You can still use software like Scratch just as you always have.
Since it’s smaller now, it might be easier to integrate into robots and other devices than before—and perhaps it’ll even find new applications in the IoT field? I’m looking forward to seeing how this smallest model in Raspberry Pi history will be used in the future.
I’m going to buy one right away and try it out here at CANVAS!
