A Product Selected by the Good Design Award Jury: MESH

The "Jury's Top Picks" have been published on the Good Design Award website.
I submitted a recommendation for MESH.

Smart DIY Platform: MESH

Blue, green, orange…
These adorable components make you want to touch them just by looking at them.
The possibilities they offer are far broader and deeper than you’d ever imagine from their small, simple shapes.
A beautiful design that makes even those who feel a psychological distance from technology feel a sense of familiarity.
An outstanding design that allows anyone to easily create digital projects without any special knowledge.
Anyone who gets their hands on this will surely think, “Inventing is fun!”
Providing a starting point for making things—
that is MESH’s greatest feature.
What if you attached it to an umbrella? What if you attached it to a refrigerator?
When you combine MESH with everyday objects, they light up, play sounds, and move.
You can breathe life into objects and, through ingenuity, redesign your daily life to make it exciting.
We hope to unleash creativity around the world and, through MESH, help design a diverse and creative new society.
