Anyone Can Be an Inventor with MESH! Today, “MESH,” a DIY kit developed by Sony, went on sale in Japan.
MESH is a “smart DIY kit that lets anyone easily create digital projects simply by combining eraser-sized electronic tags with various functions to objects or activities.”There are four types of electronic tags: a button tag that acts as a switch, an LED tag that lights up in various colors, a Move tag that creates motion, and a GPIO tag for slightly more advanced users.
In fact, MESH can also be connected to Scratch and Raspberry Pi.
It looks like we’ll have more opportunities to encounter MESH in various settings from now on!
