・The recommendations were organized into three sections—“Basic Principles,” “Emergency Action Plan,” and “Changes and Outlook”—and the need to clarify the relationship between the principles and the action plan was confirmed.

・In light of advances in AI, participants exchanged views on the importance of making the education system more agile and establishing safeguards when implementing policy changes.

・Given the expected use of AI and MOOCs, the need to clarify the role of humans in education and the division of labor between humans and AI was highlighted.

・Discussions focused on the practical implementation of industry-academia-government-civil society collaboration, the ideal structure of educational data infrastructure and e-learning portals, and perspectives on data sovereignty and AI sovereignty.

・We shared the need to simplify copyright procedures, establish sustainable usage models, and improve the public’s copyright literacy.
